Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, purchasing products, or engaging services provided by SOFT IT TECHNOLOGIES ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not access our services.
2. Software Licenses & Usage Rights
When you purchase commercial software licenses or WordPress plugins from SOFT IT, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the designated number of domain activations specified at checkout. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or reselling of license keys is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription-based software plans renew automatically based on the chosen interval (monthly or yearly) until cancelled by the customer via the Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
4. Agency Contracts & Deliverables
Custom software engineering deliverables are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW). Intellectual property rights for custom-coded client deliverables are transferred upon full settlement of contract invoices.
5. Limitation of Liability
SOFT IT TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or server incompatibilities beyond the total amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
