Role Overview
Join SOFT IT to champion user-centered design across our digital product lineup, client enterprise portals, and SaaS dashboards. You will oversee our comprehensive design system and elevate visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, information architecture, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
- Maintain and expand the SOFT IT multi-brand Figma design system and component specifications.
- Work side-by-side with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible Tailwind CSS implementation.
- Run usability testing sessions and translate customer behavioral analytics into intuitive workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years designing SaaS, dashboard, or digital commerce web applications.
- Mastery of Figma, component variants, auto-layout, design tokens, and interactive micro-interactions.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- A rich portfolio showcasing complex enterprise workflows made strikingly simple.
