Role Overview
Maintain 99.99% uptime across SOFT IT cloud services, client dedicated clusters, CI/CD automated deployment pipelines, and global CDN caching layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AWS and DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement zero-downtime deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Configure monitoring, APM, log aggregation (Datadog/Grafana), and automated incident alerts.
- Conduct security penetration testing, SSL management, and disaster recovery drills.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years in cloud infrastructure, Linux systems administration, and container orchestration.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route53), Docker, and Nginx reverse proxies.
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python.
